Select preferred presentation type in the online abstract submission form: POSTER/ ORAL
We ask the authors to register and submit the abstracts electronically via the congress web site www.wcna2012.com where you will be taken step-by-step through the submission process. An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your electronic address after the submission is successfully completed together with an access key, that will enable you to edit or change your paper, up to the submission deadline.

Those whose abstracts are accepted must register for the congress and pay the registration fee by March 5, 2012. Accepted abstract will be eliminated from the programme on this date if registration and fee payment have not been received.

Each presenting author my submit up to two abstracts.
It is the presenting author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
FREE TOPICS are generally scheduled in 20-minute blocks (17 minutes presentation and 3 minutes discussion).

Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author who should complete all fields on the online submission form.

If the first author (presenting author) is unable to present, he or she must immediately inform the Congress secretariat in writing which of the co-authors will be responsible for presentation. Only as a last resort the presenting author should send a written withdrawal to the Congress secretariat.

Enter the authors in the order, including the presenting author, that they should appear in the abstract.

Extended abstracts must be prepared according to instructions in WCNA templates for MS Word (.doc format):

Please enable macros in templates

The macro is disabled by default, and the Message Bar appears to notify you of a potentially unsafe macro.

To enable the macro click Options on the Message Bar, a security dialog box opens.

When the Securty Options dialog appears, please enable the macro. It you leave it disabled you will not be able to enter text in the template.

The book of abstracts will be distributed to all participants upon registration in Ljubljana.

Deadline for submission of oral and poster abstracts is September 30, 2011.
Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the corresponding author by December 12, 2011.
