Hotels in Ljubljana
In general we can say that Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city. All hotels are centrally located. All breakfasts are served on a buffet basis. As per other meals - lunches and dinners are usually served in a form of buffet but it can easily be arranged for the meals to be served at tables.

Informative prices are in EUR and include one night stay per room including breakfast and tourist tax. Accommodation will be allocated on “a first come, first served” basis. If there are no more vacancies in the category of your choice, we will do our best to find an alternative.
Booking, Payment and Cancellation of Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked on-line via a registration form available at the Conference website no later than March 5, 2012. As the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited, your specification of the preferred hotel will not be guaranteed after this date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered and applications will be processed on the first come – first served basis.Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel during check-out.
Accommodation may be booked by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as a guarantee and will not be charged unless agreed so.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Cankarjev dom. All cancellations received before March 5, 2012 are non-chargeable. After this date, one night will be debited to your credit card.
Group bookings:
For group bookings please contact registration@cd-cc.si.Accommodation bookings for larger groups of participants necessitate a one-night deposit. Until February 15, 2012 full accommodation needs to be paid in order for the specified rooms to be booked. Any changes or cancellations will be accepted until March 1, 2012. Refunds will be given before March 1, 2012, after that the refund of any cancelled room or shortened stay will not be paid.
